I use the same e-mail/username and password used to access, but I keep receiving a “Log In Failed” error message. I logged out, and have since been unable to log back in. I was able to log into the program once, but soon discovered I was unable to access the family tree that I was a guest in viewing. I purchased the download link for 3 computers and installed the software on only one computer.
